This equipment is the front-end core device of the filter glass fiber gluing pleated paper production line without partitions, integrating automatic feeding, tension control and high-precision slitting functions. Designed specifically for glass fiber filter paper and composite glass fiber materials, with servo-drive system and intelligent deviation correction technology, large rolls of glass fiber materials are slit into small rolls of specified widths, meeting the high-precision requirements of subsequent pleating and gluing processes.

Safe operation:
When the equipment is in operation, it is strictly forbidden to touch the cutter head and moving parts. Before maintenance, the power must be cut off and the air source (the pressure gauge should be reset to zero) must be closed. ​
When handling fiberglass materials, dust masks, protective gloves and goggles should be worn to avoid fiber inhalation or skin contact.
