Bengbu Tongchen Automation Technology Equipment Co., Ltd. announced a collaboration with UAE-based Al Safa Trading LLC to supply semi-automatic mask production lines for the Middle East market. The project includes 10 units of TC-Mask-02 machines, capable of producing 60-80 pcs/min of 3-ply masks, designed to meet local demand for cost-effective pandemic prevention solutions.
"Al Safa chose our equipment for its reliability and quick deployment," said Sales Manager Liu Wen. The machines feature user-friendly HMI interfaces and adjustable nose bridge welding modules, adapted to the UAE’s hot climate and labor requirements. Tongchen’s technical team provided remote installation guidance and Arabic-language operation manuals, ensuring smooth setup within 2 weeks.
This partnership follows Tongchen’s participation in the Dubai World Trade Center medical equipment exhibition, where its CE-certified mask machines gained traction among GCC distributors. "We focus on practical solutions for SMEs," added Liu. "Our semi-automatic lines offer 70% of full-automatic efficiency at half the cost, ideal for emerging markets."
