Bengbu Tongchen Automation Technology announced a collaboration with US-based AirClean Systems Inc. to supply HEPA Filter Making Equipment Automatic Paper Folding Machines, reinforcing its presence in North America.
AirClean, a leading air purification solutions provider, chose Tongchen’s fully automatic servo-driven system for its precision in folding multi-layer HEPA filter media, ensuring compliance with ISO 16890 and ASHRAE 52.2 standards. The technology’s ±1mm folding accuracy and modular design enable rapid switching between H13/H14 filter grades, critical for healthcare and data center applications.
“Tongchen’s equipment balances servo-controlled precision with operational flexibility, meeting our demand for high-reliability HEPA filters,” said AirClean CEO John Davis. The deal includes remote PLC support and a US-based spare parts warehouse for 48-hour delivery, minimizing production downtime.
